Northbound & Co. was founded in 2012 by Iris Okafor after years at larger agencies in Austin and abroad.
We wanted a studio small enough that the people you meet in the first meeting are the people who do the work. Today we're a team of 4, working from a converted space on Mill and with clients all over the world.
